Terms of service.

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully prior to placing an order. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at our discretion and without notice. The terms and conditions which apply to you shall be those which you accepted at the time of order.

Warranty.

All GigaWave™ products come with a two (2) year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Warranty claims shall be made via email to warranty@sjl-instruments.com.

The warranty does not cover: (1) damage caused by deliberate misuse, liquid ingress, or inappropriate storage; (2) cosmetic damage.

The warranty explicitly covers ESD damage, and will not be voided by end-user repair.

Shipping.

All orders will ship free of charge. Orders placed directly via the website will ship within three business days of receipt, unless otherwise noted. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays.

All international orders will ship under DDP Incoterms to the country of destination. Prices at checkout are VAT-inclusive (when applicable); all duties and taxes shall be paid by SJL Instruments. If any duties or VAT are mistakenly charged to the buyer, SJL Instruments will provide a refund of the corresponding amount to the original form of payment.

Return policy.

You may return or exchange any GigaWave™ product within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned or exchanged items must be in good condition, and must include all original accessories and documentation.

To make a return or exchange, please email customer service at returns@sjl-instruments.com and indicate your preferred shipping carrier. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
